(Jan 18 - morning looking out my kitchen windows.....lots of snow!!!)Today Sara and I went to St. Marys. I went to work and Sara waited for me so that I could drive her to Stratford. Before work, we parked and purchased our morning coffee from my favourite coffee shop, Coffee Culture. When Sara went to leave in the car for awhile, she realized that she didn't have the keys and we then realized that the keys were inside the locked car. Oooops!!! Lucky I have CAA, I said, and called immediately to have someone come and unlock it. Well an hour and 10 minutes later, I called back as no one had arrived or called us. I was put on hold while they contacted dispatch but was disconnected. So I called again and was put on hold and disconnected. Since that wasn't working, we just called the local auto repair and they came in 2 minutes and had the car unlocked before we knew it!! So I called CAA again to cancel my request and they apologized of course and told me to remit the bill so they could reimburse me. Needless to say I wasn't too impressed with CAA today. Good thing we weren't out in the middle of nowhere in the cold today needing CAA! I think they just might get a letter with my bill ;) My plan was to take a photo of the car being opened by the repair service but he was so quick I didn't get a chance so I will take a photo of something else and post it tomorrow for today :)
